Privacy & Email Promise

What I collect

The signup form asks only for your email address. EmailOctopus processes the single-opt-in form, delivery, and unsubscribe suppression. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to deter automated submissions; Google may process technical information needed to provide that protection. Cloudflare Pages hosts and protects the static site and may process ordinary request and security data when pages load. New TIMB272 Updates submissions go directly to EmailOctopus, not Cloudflare or Netlify. Historical deal-alert submissions may remain in protected Netlify account records as rollback and consent evidence; that older narrow consent is not treated as permission for TIMB272 Updates.

How I use it

• I may email you about trading wins, mistakes, lessons, payout milestones, special streams, prop-firm news, useful tools, disclosed affiliate deals, major TIMB272 launches, and new videos.
• Submitting the clear signup form subscribes you. There is no welcome email or automated drip sequence.
• I do not use a course funnel, unrelated sponsor blast, purchased list, or automated drip sequence.

Your choices

Every TIMB272 Updates email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing suppresses future marketing email. I never programmatically reactivate or import an unsubscribed address; a former subscriber may rejoin only by submitting the public form again. For privacy questions, data deletion, or unsubscribe problems, email support@timb272.com.

Affiliate links and site analytics

Some links may earn me a commission at no extra cost to you. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and GoatCounter to understand aggregate page and button usage. These services may process standard request, browser, device, referrer, and approximate location information under their own privacy practices. I do not use them to build advertising profiles or send the email address entered in the EmailOctopus form as an analytics identifier. Firm checkout pages and other linked sites have their own privacy practices.

To avoid losing a button or calculator event while analytics loads, the site may temporarily keep up to 40 aggregate events in this tab's session storage for at most ten minutes. Each contains only an allowed action name, a broad source category and a time. It does not contain your email, calculator inputs, visitor ID or full referring URL. Pending events are cleared after dispatch or expiry; this is not an advertising profile.

Data handling

I do not sell, rent, or share the TIMB272 Updates audience with advertisers or affiliates. Current signup data stays private within EmailOctopus, the provider needed to operate the form and email service. Cloudflare and GoatCounter support site delivery, security, and aggregate analytics; they are not given the subscriber list. Protected historical deal-alert records may remain in Netlify. The site source is kept in a private GitHub repository, and subscriber data is never stored there. TIMB272 Updates are sent only to people who submit the new form and remain subscribed.
