Futures Trading Risk

Futures trading is highly leveraged, involves substantial risk of loss, and is not suitable for everyone. Market movement, volatility, liquidity, slippage, platform problems, and execution errors can produce losses quickly. Prop-Firm Accounts and Copy Trading

Prop-firm evaluations and sim-funded accounts are generally simulated environments governed by each firm's current contract and rules. Fees, drawdowns, consistency requirements, account caps, copier policies, payout eligibility, and paths to live trading can change. Buying an account does not guarantee that you will pass, become funded, receive a payout, or become profitable.

When I say I trade “live” or “live on stream,” I normally mean that the broadcast and trading decisions occur in real time. It does not mean the account is a live brokerage account. Prop-firm evaluation and sim-funded accounts are simulated unless I clearly identify an account as live.

Copy trading multiplies the same order across accounts, including mistakes, software errors, slippage, and losses. Use it only on accounts you own or control and only when the firm and platform permit it. Adding accounts increases total fees and exposure; it does not improve the underlying trading edge.

Past, Simulated, and Hypothetical Results

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any payout, profit, loss, risk-to-reward figure, win rate, testimonial, or personal example reflects a specific period and circumstances and should not be treated as typical or expected.

Some content includes backtests, hypothetical examples, or results from simulated prop-firm evaluation or sim-funded accounts.
